Hello. I did not build projects in Wondows with pyhton build script before, but there are tutorials about that. The worst side about it what if some errors present in code, it will be very time consuming to search and fix it without good IDE, which can bring you to source of error in a fraction of second. So, probably the optimal way to build this project is to reassemble it in Visual Studio or Qt Creator (if it supposed to be used with GCC compiler), and compile and correct errors from the IDE. Probably, the task will be more clear, if you provide python script to see, what it contains and assess nesessery steps to build this project.
