The servers should run their application and listen on a port. The client should run its application and connect to the choosen server through ip address. Once connected, the client could be able to send mouse and keyboard events to the server. Moreover, client and server could be able to exchange clipboard data. It is something like a remote desktop control with the possibility of exchanging files.
