Bug fix for XML file template Generated by C# Application which utilizes Amazon MWS Submit Feed API

I have a C# application hosted on AWS server with Bootstrap web interface. The application generates and uploads XML file through Amazon MWS API using SubmitFeed call.
For Unknown reason to me the application receives error back from Amazon after XML file is uploaded which states:
ResultDescription>Error encountered while validating your XML feed at line: 1, column: 117 and reason: Attribute 'noNamespaceSchemaLocation' is not allowed to appear in element 'AmazonEnvelope'. ()</ResultDescription>
We didn't change anything with application so it may be Amazon API changed, but this is only and assumption.
I'm looking for a freelancer with previous EXTENSIVE experience working With Amazon MWS API and SubmitFeed call in particular.
The XML file being generated by our application is for _POST_FBA_INBOUND_CARTON_CONTENTS_ feed type.
Please bid only if you have extensive knowledge of Amazon MWS API !

You don't necessary need an Amazon expert. It is something related to namespaces and XML so if i checked the documentation i will probably figure out what is the issue. It just needs to be debugged
