Brand [login to view URL] 's SIP client

I want to Brand Jitsi's open sourse SIP client ([url removed, login to view]);

1. Change name of software, as well as the icon. Also change the name of the app under the Help > About and other write ups

2. Under New Account, the account type should be limited to SIP and Facebook accounts for now.

3. When creating a SIP account the server address should be hardcoded somewhere so it’s not needed to be entered.

4. Package it as an installer for Windows and Mac

5. Deliverables includes the installers, source code and a guide to building the installer
