Automated Trading Application

I'm seeking an experienced Java developer to do the following: -Integrate the Interactive Brokers API for trading options and requesting balance/position information -Create a screen-scraping tool that will continuously check for changes on a web page and extract position signals and translate the signals to options orders to be sent to the Interactive Brokers (IB) API. -Request position values from the IB API every X amount of time and record/log the information. -Error reporting via email whenever an issue occurs that a trade cannot be executed or the signal cannot be read. -Develop a basic, but user-friendly interface that I can see current positions, download a CSV file of position value history --Within the interface it should also be possible to adjust the trading settings to determine how many options contracts will be purchased/ per trade.
