Autohotkey mouse click mapping to keys

Hello I need to map mouse clicks to 4 keys using Autohotkey, there will be 2 columns of buttons on the screen, I need to create up and down key for those buttons it looks something like this colums1 column2 selection1 selection1 selection2 selection2 selection3 selection3 selection4 mouse clicks should mimic up and down arrow keys for those menu selections, so if I press DOWN key for column1, selection1 area should be clicked if I press DOWN key again, selection2 should be clicked if I press UP key selection1 should be clicked with mouse etc.. on column2 if selection4 was chosen last time and again DOWN key was pressed, then additional button should be clicked by mouse plus selection1 click.
