I have developed a screen capture tool to work with excel for writing reports. If the exe is shelled from excel vba a height and width are passed and a set of pixels is captured to the clipboard ready for the report. The sizes change the form size and the pixels behind the form are the capture. The form will follow the mouse. If no excel link is found the form simply defaults to 600 x 600. This application was no longer working in Windows 10 due to DPI scaling. I have modified my code to include a scale factor that must be calculated from the monitor DPI. I normal use DPI scales 100% to 200% and would like the ScaleFactor variable to change accordingly. Currently the ScaleFactor is set as 2 to work on my 200% scale. The code must be completed in VB and placed in the location labelled in the code. No other changes to the code are acceptable. The entire program must compile as a single executable with not addition references or file.
