AUTOIT and XML / WEB AUTOMATION guru needed for LONG TERM software project

I search for an AUTOIT and XML / WEB AUTOMATION guru for developing and maintaining an advanced software that optimize positions of ads inside some adult sites, with sort of "grey hat" internal SEO inside these sites (not Google SEO). Nothing illegal but all about automatizing with ingenious tactics to improve internal popularity of some ads. I'm a developer myself with many ideas and programming techniques in mind about this so I'm sure that we'll learn from each other and will have some fun in this collaboration over time. I've a budget of some hundreds of dollars for developing the working software for the first 5 (out of about 10) adult sites, plus about $100/months for maintaining and improving it over time on the long-term.
