Customize Existing Wordpress Theme w/ Graphics I Provide

I need to have an existing Wordpress Theme customized. The chosen theme is Dynamix. You can see the demo here: [login to view URL] I will be designing all of the graphics for the site. I will need you to be able to: - Slice up the graphics as needed to put in place on blog. - Graphics to include, but not limited to: Background Header opt-in box favicon Heading backgrounds Frame around the image rotator - Customize layout of homepage. The header and nav bar that I've designed are not exactly the same size of the theme, so you'll need to make my layout work with this theme - New background and header to be applied to all pages and posts - Possible Font changes in the site. - Set-up and customize the image rotator on the homepage. Again - this may need to be moved on the page to fit our needs. So your job will be to take my graphics and layout and code them into this theme. With the exception of the image rotator and opt-in box/graphic, the content will be added by the client. *** Important - client is requesting that all coding changes be commented on the theme. If this is a problem, let me know. I'm attaching a rough layout of the graphics I'm working on, so you will have an idea of what you're getting. ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement). 2) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 3) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Employer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Worker in ready-to-run condition in the Employer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the employer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this project. ## Platform Wordpress theme to work on all browsers.
