Design Logger for Enterprise Library and UI to View Logs

I need a logger made for Enterprise Library that first logs the entries to a message queue. There will be a separate process that resides on the message queue server that reads these entries and inserts them into a database that follows the Enterprise LIbrary Logging DB schema with 2 additional columns in the Log table, one column will be ServerName and IpAddress. I will provide a service that gives you that info and you can get the service via the ServiceLocator in your logger. Your logger will attach the ServerName and IpAddress into the log entry before adding it to the message queue.
You must also build a website for viewing the log entries.
The website will allow me to filter entries by timestamp, servername, ip address, category. I should also be able to search entries by phrases contained in the text of the entry.
The logger must be compatible with Enterprise Library 5.0, unsigned build.
The website portion must be implemented using Asp .net MVC
