Budget is $80 , Adobe Premier expert needed We need to some to write a simple macro or C# program to copy a video file name and make a Title screen for the video and drop the video into premiere and process it. Entire system is 10 clicks, Here is a sample file name "69-v160247_tx_north [url removed, login to view]"

We would want the title screen to look like this

NORTH CROWLEY

2001 vs BB

Brownwood

The title screen would be made and then the video dropped into premiere should be about 15 clicks of mouse
