C# application to traverse a folder structure and read file meta data.

Hi,
I am after a simple application written in C#
The application will be required to traverse a folder structure searching for a particular file types.
Once a match has been found it will need to read 4 values from the custom file properties tab. (eg using fileinfo)
The values will be written to a SQL database using a stored procedure which I have already developed.
Files matching a certain criteria (configurable date) will need to be MOVED to a configured location.
This application will need to run nightly, and should be able to be initiated via a scheduled task. (I can configure this)
Any config required should be made in a config file. Eg database connection, custom field being read etc.
I will provide clearer instructions in a requirements document shortly.
