Convert from StatePlane to GPS Quordinates

Hello, I have experience with coding frontends for GPS systems, and a general familiarity with various coordinate systems. I see you have a specific state plate zone listed for StatePlane but you didn't specify which coordinate system of GPS you would like this transformed into, WGS 84 is an the most common for the US civilian system, ED50 is another system floating around. Also, are you looking for just sample code, or would you want this to be built into a callable exported DLL? Thanks for reading, hope to hear soon.

I have made some similar software for converting coordinates a few years ago. It seemed an interesting problem to solve, and I would not mind doing it again.
