Create automated system to get all the courses for each college.
the format would be like in this file that I am attaching
under select semester choose fall 2014 semester. Only that semester I need.
course career - Undergraduate. ( I only need undergraduate)
uncheck show open courses and click search. and it will show results"
for all institutions listed. there are 20 colleges and under course subject all the subjects in drop down.
it has to be an automated script not manual work and I would get the script to reuse later.
