We need to create two Windows compatible applications. One application will be the user interface for remote computer support, the other will be staff interface. The user application will include antivirus protection through ClamAV open source software, remote pc connection that can be connected to via staff program, and chat module where a user can chat with staff, also licensing module through WHMCS so we can manage licensing for users from WHMCS. The staff panel should allow our staff to connect to a user's PC remotely to assist them, receive chats and chat with users, and be notified of any threats to a user's computer. We would like as much integration with the WHMCS billing system as possible. If you have an alternate system to use which has the same functions as WHMCS, we are willing to switch. Thank you

Dear Sir, I have read your Project description & understand that you need two Windows Desktop Applications but before we give you our precise estimate, we definitely need detailed requirements, at least some high level features with bullet points in a document or can you drop me a message thru' Freelancer PMB to discuss requirements, as we cannot estimate it without receiving detailed specs.
