I need a simple program with an interface (dialog box) where a user will enter parameters and when executed the software will copy rename a folder and find and replace text in several batch routines. To be included in the deliverables: - Code - Instruction on how to implement code See attached example Bat files will be provided once the project has been awarded.

It will be an easy task using Qt framework (C++), and the application will be platform independent (can be compiled for Windows, Linux, Mac). If you don't want to user frameworks, I can implement in in plain C++ (using Mfc/Win32) or C# for example, but with a higher budget of $35.
