Design Put on a drupal ecommerce

We have artwork and website design and needs to be put to a Drupal web ecommerce CMS. Here is what we need. 1. Website a. about 5 TO 10 pages b. newsletter sign up c. Ability to modify pages and All content including Header and Footer 2. Shopping cart a. Predictive text during search of products b. Ability to filter by category c. Save search queries when users are logged in d. Ability to give discounts to resellers of products. Preferably different prices based on login credentials. e. Display related products f. Display associated products g. Ability to stay on products when adding items to cart. (Must not move to checkout when adding products until buyer is ready) Each visible product will have the following option visible in tabs 1. Specification 2. Additional information 3. Compliance and Restrictions 4. Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) 5. Required products 6. Optional products 7. Alternate Products 8. Repair Products 9. Download – Link to download specification sheet. BIDDING--- 1. Please send at least 1 example of a shopping cart (A full demo would be preferred) 2. Must be able to complete project withing budget and on time. There is a 2 week window. (Starting in about 2 weeks) 3. Must speak English clearly and be responsive to email/messages Max budget is $250 and anything under helps.
