C# SSL over Websockets server

We require a running demo of a secure websockets server (WSS) implemented in C#. It doesn't need to be perfect, just a bare-bones example showing how to accept connections, and exchange data. It needs to support hixie76, and WS (without SSL) also needs to be supported. ## Deliverables We require a running demo of a secure websockets server (WSS) implemented in C#. It doesn't need to be perfect, just a bare-bones example showing how to accept connections, and exchange data. This would be easy work for someone familiar with network programming and SSL. Please note the following constraints, without which we cannot accept any work. The implementation MUST be completed within 5 days of acceptance. The implementation MUST support the hixie76 standard. The implementation MUST be done in plain C# using the standard BCL libraries. .net 4.0 is the target platform. The implementation MUST NOT use third-party controls or libraries. The implementation MUST be done using the Socket class. No other implementation, such as TCPListener, will be accepted. The implementation MUST support plain WS (not secure) as well as WSS. The implementation MUST compile to a single exe that will run as a server. You MUST demonstrate that your application is working by accepting text from clients on WS OR WSS from chrome browser 14, and echoing it back to them. We will supply the test-application for you to test your code against. We cannot accept any work unless it passes the test harness. You will need to generate your own (self-signed) certificate for testing and development. When we test your application we will use our own certificates, and the application must continue to work and pass the test harness.
