C/C++ cross compiler for MIPS and C programming

We need to have C and C++ programs for our MIPS processor based device. The ask is following -Provide us c/c++ possibly GCC cross compiler that can be used to create binaries which can be deployed on the device explained above. -Give C/C++ program source files for the algorithms and logic that would be provided upon completion of step 1. -This is ongoing task(code enhancements/maintenance would be required ongoing basis) The operating system is Linux
