change to order form + creation of new order form going into Teambox

Hi all, The previous coder did a great job, but as I can't get hold of him I need to find someone who can do this accurately and quickly: I have the community version of Teambox running. Recently I had a coder create a form that collects customers data This information is then ported into TeamBox and details sent to the customer I need this original form modified + a couple of new forms created. This is all running on a rack space cloud server running Debian 5.0 (Lenny) I think he used: the order form as Ruby/Rack application, which connects to Teambox API using Teambox Ruby client library Anyway contact me for the links to the form + teambox install.
