Hi there,
I will be reviewing and updating my website.
The project will run in two phases, this freelancer project is for the first phase:
Phase 1 - Assessment of current website
Phase 2 - Planning for build
Phase3 - Build & test
For this project (phase 1) I need to assess my current website. Below are some of the things that I think I may need (but I'm not an expert), but when bidding on this project, please detail what you will be delivering.
Suggested deliverables:
* Current content hierarchy
* Visual sitemap
* Competitive Audit (compare my site against at least one direct competitor and one "best of class" site that delivers similar information to my site)
Essentially this project is to create an objective assessment of my website and highlight the areas it is failing and act as the basis for moving two phase 2, which will be a lightweight UX driven process to plan the build of a new site.
