Building high PR backlinks to my website

Hi,

I need 25 High quality links to improve the PR of my internet directory website. The website theme is general in nature (large target audience, has no adult content). Link It Directory - [url removed, login to view]

Rules (Please see Other Requirements section also):

1) Links must be from ***Pages with PR >= 1

(not homepage, but actual page linking must have PR >=1)

Also, would ideally like:

a) Atleast 3 links from PAGE with PR >= 5

b) Atleast 5 links (including above 3) from PAGE with PR >= 4

c) Atleast 10 links (including above 5) from PAGE with PR >=3

Remaining 15 links have to be from PAGE with PR >= 1.

2) All links must be processed by search engines within 1 month from your submission. This timeline is important to me.

(I will release 50% after the project is complete, 50% 1 month after project completion, provided all links become visible by that time).

1) You may bid even if you can provide less than 25 links but matching all criteria, Mention specifically in your bid how many links with what PR (of the linking page) you are able to provide.

2) You must provide detailed report of the link (date submitted, type of link, Google PR of linking page, PR of homepage, date when link becomes accepted, keyword & achor text, etc.).***
