Capistrano. Edit a ruby (.rb) script to include some additional functions. Wp-Stack.

I'm using Capistrano for deployment, so looking for someone familiar with Capistrano with runs on ruby. I need to edit the .rb files, currently I have it setup so it will sync the production database to the staging database as it comes in WP-Stack. I want to add the ability to sync form production to a development and a local database. Should be a few minutes for anyone that knows how to do the correct syntax in the files.
