Biochemistry Clinical Case Study URGENT!!!

I need someone with background in science or with biochemistry knowledge to read a biochemistry clinical case study, then do a research of the case study, and complete a case study report of 5-7 pages of text outlining the background to this case, the clinical features, the tests performed, the results obtained, and the biochemical basis for Vanessa’s condition. Which biochemical pathways are affected by the drug? Why does this new drug have no gastric side-effects (i.e. in contrast to the first drug Vanessa was on)? What are the normal functions of these pathways in the body? What effect do these drugs have on these pathways and how does this reduce arthritis? What is the biochemical basis for Vanessa’s adverse side-effects culminating in her loss of consciousness? Describe tests you would perform on Vanessa.
