Hi, my name is egi. I've seen the first page of data (UWA), and apparently there's some major problem such as fear of remote work place (far from family, less family time, etc), and as you said there's cultural barrier so they lack's of role model, knowledge or onformation, support, or even motivation for them to entry. For this data i will use a general theme then i explain it more detail to some sub theme, so instead of graphic it will be in flow chart, but to provide the number or to show the majority barrirer i will also use graphic table. I can write the full report for several pages that describing the problems and the solutions for it. Please give me more advice if you want more in your report.
