Amazon EC2 configuration for network rendering with 3DS Max and VRAY Spawner

So here is the challenge. Apply only if you've done this, this is different than just creating a render farm for 3DS Max. The difficulty is to be able to add VRAY Spawner which is bucket render of it's own and has to communicate with other nodes and instances.
As you know in a network rendering, there is a Manager and a server. I am able to make it work on the same server, but the problem is that when VRAY takes over, it has to communicate with other instances on the site and make it work. Also want to have a share drive among the servers for the files etc.
I'm not sure how this would work as far as price etc. please quote me.
