Advice on Tkinter Python GUI Topics (Classes, Loops, etc)

Skills: Python+Tkinter, (tcl/tk), GUI

I am fairly new to programming. I am using Python to make a GUI intensive program in Tkinter and need some help at times when I get stuck.

The GUI has about 200 canvas widgets that change and will have 50-100 buttons that I would like to pop in and out of existence or hide until a certain category is selected. I would like to have these buttons point to a certain csv files and to multiple functions.

I am working on a lot of things but some examples of things I have issues with:

-Making buttons in a loop function that pass unique variables to functions in another frame

-Making Canvas items into buttons that trigger multiple functions on right or left click.. have issues with definitions and widgets in other frames.

I would like someone that speaks English or Polish and would be able to do random 15-60 minute Skype/Teamviewer sessions to go over the problems I have and possible solutions.

Hourly will depend on skill level in Tkinter and ability to explain code in English or Polish.

Not interested in companies or groups of people, just individuals that actually read the project description.
