Create WoW Emulator in Python

I'm looking for a Developer which can create a WoW Game Emulator in Python

like the existing Emulator called mangoszero which is written in C++

I tried to translate the C++ source into Python but my know-how of C++ is to low, my know-how to create a emulator in python bymyself is also not enough.

Important:
Networking (Playable for 800+ Gamers)
Speed (Python is lower than C++ fix that)
Ingame (An Emulator which dont just emulate the world it should be playable "Quests, Spells, Events, NPC's etc.)
