django Webservice

I would like to create a webservice using python, this web service should be able to run along with a django based website on the same server and the port should be port 80.? You will need to create an empty django website and make this webservice run along with the website. The basic functionality of this webservice is to send emails. This is just a sample project, if I like your work there will be lot more to come. ## Deliverables I would like to have a rest webservice that can handle soap and json requests. Please see the attachments for further information. **One of the most important requirements is that all the code should be very well documented since this project is for education purposes only.**
