You must be able to tell a story in order to communicate effectively with our audience. You will need to write for several formats such as video, editorial, product descriptions, etc. A marketing background is essential and understanding how to market to our audience.
Responsibilities
• Develop original content for our brand, company and products
• Develop scripted material for videos
• Write outlines and rough drafts
• Appropriately source and cite resources
• Edit content for correct spelling and grammar
• Expert at time management: identifying deadlines, next steps, meeting deadlines, multi-tasking, prioritizing.
• Excellent command of written English, and literary skills
• the ability to accept criticism and use it in a constructive way
• Ability to use computer hardware and software: proficient in MS Word, internet applications, and spreadsheet software plus e-mail
• Highly skilled in communication, written and verbal, interpersonal and business
