Business Plan Assistance

I have opened my doors for business and need a solid business plan to show to a couple of private individuals who may invest in me. I need help putting a plan together and want it done by the end of this week. My budget is tight - I can't afford very much. However, I do want quality. If you can't give me quality with the price I set, please don't bid. Currently, I can afford between $100-$200. That's it. Please don't bid higher. You will be ignored. Also, I am looking for the "personal touch" on the bid. I want to know it's not just a form copy/paste bid that was done in hopes of catching a bite.
