Create Me a Nice Program (5 March 2014)

I need someone who can make me a website that sends an email blast to all my contacts when I'm not available. I know there is an existing feature with the email when the user is on vacation but I want to have a program when I click the button it will send an email. The purpose of this is when I don't like to response to every emails I received I'll just to click a single button and telling them I'm on vacation mehehe. Of course I want to customize my message. It can be 2 text-boxes (To: and Message) and a single button to send. That's all.
