I need a process for my staff to use Git we have it installed on our server, i need them to use it and all of these solutions need to run on our server not on any clouds.
I need to achieve the following:
Git used so more than one person can work on our projects, i.e css guy and php guy can work together with apache solr guy
So changes are recorded as belonging to a particular user
A methodology of simple documentation and comments that is forced to be kept up to date by the system or method.
A simple scoping/requirements methodology
A checking system and process for quality control
above all these need to speed things up for us so they must accommodate our rapid development cycles
