Affiliate Program Manager

We sell a B2C scar treatment. Our SMM Manager needs part-time assistance with the daily work for our existing affiliate program.
Our Requirements:
1. You must be a native English speaker
2. You must be willing to accept most of your remuneration as performance-based.
Your Responsibilities:
1. Recruit affiliates from a list of approximately 500 websites (we furnish the list)
2. Foster sales by collaborating one-on-one with each affiliate (email, IM, calls)
3. Coordinate content and execution of campaigns with our SMM Manager
4. Report results of programs and campaigns
Your Qualifications:
1. Sales background
2. Prior SMM experience
3. References
4. The usual skills: language, organization, presentation, etc.
