Calendar script

I provide a monthly subscription based newsletter service. I would like to provide my customers with a simple script or program that they can use with either Google Calendar, Outlook, or any other popular calendar programs. What I envision is a simply ‘fill in the blank’ program where a new customer enters the date that they produce their first monthly newsletter and from there the program will populate their calendar with a series of reminders ??" perhaps 3 ??" to do the following: Write lead article, complete editing of monthly newsletter, and send newsletter to Concierge Print and Mail. Each item could have a different date of ‘number of days’ to complete option depending on how long it takes each customer to complete. Mailing monthly newsletters on time each month is important and this will be a useful tool. It would be great if the app could also have links to my Web sites and if possible, somehow be able to have either text, banner ads, or perhaps email reminders that could be sent or changed from our office. This last request may be too much but it’s worth asking. Let me know what’s possible. Thanks!

1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No 3rd party components unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement).
