I am running a business leadership group that has: 1) Monthly paid events 2) Yearly memberships We currently use amember to manage our members and when they register for our events. I need 40 hours a month in customer support and event management each month. This bid is ONLY for 40 hours of work. Work includes: 1) Calling members and helping them 2) Trouble shooting event registration issues 3) Trouble shooting membership sign up issues 4) Planning and communicating via Phone, and email. 5) Sending out monthly news letters and press releases MUST HAVE EXCELLENT ENGLISH TALKING AND WRITING SKILLS -> PM me you experience in event planning and registration ONLY BID THE AMOUNT FOR 40 HOURS OF WORK.
