Custom Collar Bar Manufacturing Needed

Just looking for a one-time job: I am looking to launch a line of custom collar bars. I have attached a sample shot of a basic one as an attached file, but mine will have gemstones on either end to add embellishment to an otherwise boring mens accessory. I am looking for a manufacturer that can produce sterling silver and gold collar bars with gemstones submerged on the ends (flush with the bar) For the initial batch I am looking for only about 12 to 20 different collar bars to be made for photography purposes to get on the site, and assuming that the finished products are what I am looking for I will be looking to have this manufacturer fill my supply as needed. Please provide a quote to have 20 of these accessories manufactured and shipped to Dallas, Texas (Zip Code 75214). Stones being used would include Tiger's Eye, Jasper, Hematite, Amethyst, Turquoise, Quartz, and similar low-cost stones. Again, this is just for the one time job for photography purposes.
