I want someone with experience in building custom keyboards. I want you to know everything about the electronics that go inside, from the switches to the PCB and the usb hub. You will have to work on the internal electronics of the keyboard and you should be able to be in sync with the design of the case and caps.
I will be hiring in terms of week, I would like to pay you 500$ a week and if you are interested in a permanent job, Please do mention in the proposal. I would like to take a brief interview.
