Create and Code an animated website banner.

We require someone to animate and code a banner for our website. We have provided a PSD & a JPG of what the banner will consist of, though we require someone to animate this to create a "wow factor" for our website. The animation is up to you, animate the box, the images, the text, whatever and however you like. Please ensure that each image is animated in order, essentially try and create a story with the animation (fire first, then the wheel, etc etc). We use Bootstrap for our coding so please ensure that your animation is compatible with Bootstrap. Please also ensure that your design is mobile responsive. If it is viewed on a screen taller than it is wide, than we would only like to display one image at a time (as well as the intro text). If the screen is wider than it is tall, we would like to show all 4. We like the idea of incorporating some sort of SVG element, so if your familiar with this it'd be great to see what you can come up with. Please show us any similar animation work you have done, so we can get an idea of your style and award this contest accordingly.
