Build a basic Unity project and deploy that in a Hololens

I have a basic project to be done 1.I have a .png image file and should be converted into 3d image withe same same colors. [login to view URL] the unity project by placing the logo. 3.I need a small dot symbol(.) in white color when the cursor is in off state and when the cursor is in ON state it has to be a small donut size like (X,Y,Z axis 0.002).This cursor sizes should be the same what we use in Microsoft Hololens. 4.I also need an object near the logo showing a (X) symbol like this .When i press this X the project has to close automatically. This UNITY PROJECT SHOULD BE DEPLOYED IN MICROSOFT HOLOLENS
