Do some 3D Modelling + Building Design+interior design

I have an apartment building with a floor plan I am happy with but the external image of the building is terrible. I am looking for someone to redesign the exterior of the building and produce a set of DWG and PDF drawings representing the upgraded design and then a 3D render of the building.
This project is to be completed in 2 stages:
Step 1: Preliminary sketches, design ideas and mark-up provided. If approved then proceed to step 2.
Step 2: Existing DWG file which will be supplied has to be updated to reflect the new design. DWG and PDF files to be provided once complete. Also a 3D render to be supplied for the finalised design.
