add real life pool area to photos

Please read details links provided below. I want a real life looking pool area added to photos. It should look like it was there already. I have 4 photos of a home that has vacant land next to it. I am selling the home and need the vacant land to have a pool with a family of 4. A husband, wife and 2 children all in swimsuits, built in barbecue area with stone, a small fridge, sink, (show a little smoke coming from it), rock waterfall with lush tropical landscaping and some flowers surrounding it to make it a wonderful back yard pool and making it private from other homes. The pool area needs a built in jacuzzi, white marble tiled pool patio, a stone walkway to the rear of home, lounging chairs, comfortable cushioned patio furniture for dining, a daybed. This is a 1 million dollar home so please make it look amazing. Details are important. Put husband in one photo barbecuing and wife in pool with kids. another put husband and wife next to each other in lounge chairs with tropical drink with kids in water playing. Another photo put them around a table eating with tropical drink. Anything you can do to improve my idea is welcome and appreciated. Please think future work as I am in real estate.
I need a price for 4 photos. They are from different angles. See below dropbox link. They must be sent in 300 DPI and high resolution. There is one photo that is 1.31 mb and I want to be the size of the others at 8-10 mb. I will need to be able to zoom in myself on the photos to cut out certain views to provide closer views of the renderings you do. Please keep this in mind.
