Users must be able to create templates for specific properties. Each template must have each room named as a category with subcategories i.e. Bedroom 2 (category) - Windows (subcategory). Each subcategory must have a description box. Once the user has completed the inventory, the app must have the capability to send the inventory to the desired location, but retaining a copy on the users mobile device.
