I will create a Perl script using public domain tools to emulate a browser accessing a website and use a public domain HTML parser to extract keywords. I can use another public domain package to access these sites in parallel. Your performance gain should be substantial if you intend to access pages from diverse sites. An unresponsive site should not stop progress on other searches. Do you want the script to 'spider' these sites - that is, follow links within the site?
