Custom Project - Sample Setup and Sample Report - repost

This project is to allow sample both our data and see what it would take to build the reports we need. We will provide mysql access to our data and then provide example site and reports that we need to have. After this freelancer will be able to give full quote for what is need to complete project completely. Freelancer will also if data is not too much or complicated produce a sample report using the data. The back end pulling and html generation needs to be perl. This is for 50/hr with a min of 5 hrs.
