Betting bot

I require a betting bot to use on [login to view URL] The bot will be used to lay bets (bet to lose) on uk and IRE horse races only - and only on those that are to win (not place). The application will be fully automated, placing bets without the need for supervision once the stakes have been entered. The different types of bets that i want made are as follows: OVER_ROUND - the lowest odds will be taken from the horses running and if an arbitrage occurs, the system will place the required amount of money at these odds. The lowest odds for 2,3,4 and 5 horses will be taken. Whichever has the highest arbitrage will bet that these horses lose. LONGSHOT - the system will wait until 3 horses have odds of 2.9 or less, then lay these bets. All the remaining horses will have a bet of 3.9 placed on it, until one of these bets is taken then the odds will be moved to 4.9 etc - each time the amount being staked will be altered to ensure the original stake is not exceeded. HISTORY - the system should be able to tell the user how many bets were successfully completed and how many weren't. No other information is required as the betfair site has a full history of all the bets made. This is an at-a-glance guide. I have all the formulas etc for arbitrage calculations and can provide an excel spreadsheet to those that bid if required. Please note that the system must be able to tell if a bet has been accepted or is still outstanding. It would also be useful if it was able to pull through the "bank" amount. If any programmers have done similar projects, please specify what these did when making your bid. As bets must be layed (from the pink column) as quickly as possible - i would give preference to those with experience and who have a good grasp of betting - especially on the betfair site. This project is for personal use, so i have no interest in the copyright of code - i just require that the program not be sold on to anyone else. More details can be provided on request.
