Check-In website like Facebook and Phone application

Hello everyone, I have no technical background on building a fully functioning website or phone application, so I need someone to help me bring my idea to life. I don't know the selected skills that are viable for this project, So i need someone that knows exactly what the are doing with a sufficient portfolio. Brief Website details: -Users can register a account and log-in. -With the check-in application on the phone or website, people can check in and keep track of where they've been. Very similar to Facebook. -We will discuss in further detail once I've selected the right bidder. Phone Application: -First make the application very simple, where people can just get on click check-in and it will automatically their location onto their account. This is going to be a big project and I have a lot envisioned. I need someone with the patience and the skills to create the website. Thank you
