Change the hue of an image

Hello, I need to change the hue of an image in PHP using GD or ImageMagick. I'm not sure how to go about doing it. Basically I need the script to accept a value from 0 to 360 and it will modulate the color of the image based upon that value. I would also like there to be a slider that will adjust the image's hue using ajax or something. If imagemagick is used it needs to be compatible with version 6.0.7.1 of imagemagick. Thanks!
