One time i did simular project. I have an excellent knowledge and 7+ years of experience PHP/MySQL development . I am new on GetAFreeLancer, but have my experience outside of it. My normal rate is $15-30 per hour, but you should keep in mind that you pay this rate for TOP QUALITY AND HIGH SPEED development and you do not loose your money (and time) on tons of bug fixes and do not waste a time testing a bad-coded scripts.
