Admin Module for osCommerce

hi just start to develop a contribution to my shop but im not familiar with functions to work with databases so i doing via phpmyadmin to insert the values. you can see in here Mir Raceline Portugal its the horizontal scroller on top. ( dont shop its a live shop ) this is working with 2 tables to be compatible with Multilanguage. 1º table: TABLE_SCROLLER scroller_id - the name says everthing name_id - the name 2º table: TABLE_SCROLLER_DESCRIPTION scroller_id - language_id - language id array for multilanguage scroller_description - this is what appear on page scroller scroller_url - and if it have a url so here it is im try to find on forums something about functions insert, delete but can find any documentation about that. so i need someone to help me to develop the admin part for this, or if someone is interesting on develop for some money that i can afford (30-40USD Max) plz pm, i having some urgency with this. NOTE : this project its 80%done just need someone to help on the admin area.
